Class Description: Órbita Semanal (ÓS) is a revitalized system of creative writing and action that guides us through the cycles of nature. This Workshop, centered around the planetary associations of the 7-day cycle , will provide easy to implement techniques and key tools to cultivate an effective and consistent journaling practice. The class will include a guided meditation, a presentation on ÓS, and group journaling. The intention is to gather as a community and bring the energy to a space of discovery.
