Meet the Instructor: Rashmi Thakur

As a multidisciplinary artist, my work transcends visual aesthetics, creating immersive experiences that evoke beauty, joy, and gratitude often overlooked in the routine of daily life. Each brushstroke serves as a medium to illuminate the profound connections that bind us to one another and to the world. My creative practice spans diverse mediums, including the fluidity of watercolors, the vibrancy of acrylics, the timeless richness of oils, and the decorative sophistication of textiles, each contributing uniquely to my artistic voice.

Beyond my personal practice, I am deeply committed to fostering artistic growth within the community. As the founder of Art Chakra, my private studio, I have taught and mentored students of all ages for over eight years, sharing my belief in art’s ability to inspire creativity, promote healing, and cultivate mindfulness.
